Shipping Policy

    •    All orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days after payment is received.

    •    You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

    •    ItsKrystalArt is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs for international shipments.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

    •    If a shipment is lost or delayed, please contact us at contact@itskrystalart.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

    •    We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund unless shipping insurance was purchased.

Refund and Return Policy

    •    Due to the custom and handmade nature of my artwork, all sales are final, and I do not offer refunds or returns.

    •    In cases of lost shipments confirmed by the carrier, please reach out to discuss possible solutions.

    •    If a dispute is filed through a payment provider, I will provide all available documentation showing the item was shipped as agreed.
